We came to America as children, carrying the roots of one home while trying to understand another.
Growing up there was no roadmap waiting for us. My sisters and I had to learn English, adapt to a new culture, and navigate systems we didn't always understand. We didn’t fit in, and often times where mistreated. Eventually we had to discover for ourselves what was possible.
We learned you don't have to erase your roots to embrace your future. You deserve the opportunity to build one on your own terms.
Today, we are award-winning entrepreneurs who serve on boards and advocate for higher education. Our journeys have taught us the importance of recognizing our potential and helping others discover theirs.

How We See the World.
To some, we were children playing with trash. To us, we were building castles from found treasures.
We didn't know it then, but those castles were teaching us something. You can inherit circumstances without inheriting their limitations. What surrounded us did not have to define what we imagined for ourselves.
The same is true of people. A label can tell you something about someone's circumstances, but it can never tell you the full measure of their potential. Immigrant. Refugee. Asylee. First-generation. These may be part of someone's story, but they should never become the boundaries of what we believe that person can become.
That perspective shaped our lives. Today, it shapes Orozco Siblings.
Because sometimes, possibility begins with learning to see differently.
