Our Mission

At The Orozco Siblings, our mission is simple yet powerful: to push America forward, together. Guided by a deep call to action, we strive to shift focus from backgrounds and differences to the heart, soul, and humanity within every individual — reminding us all that we are one, one America, one humanity and that divisions can be overcome.

We are two siblings sparking a movement rooted in empathy, humanity, and love, uplifting immigrant and refugee communities. In a world quick to judge and slow to understand, we challenge others to look beyond the surface and see the heart and soul within every person.

Our Story

This mission is deeply personal. José and Berenice Orozco grew up in Mexico, playing in the city’s trash dumps and attending schools where food was raffled to those in need. Even amidst these hardships, they did not yet realize the platform they were born into or the challenges they would face in pursuit of a better life. As children, they arrived in the United States with no English, no financial safety net, and little guidance. What they did have was each other, and an unshakable determination to rise. Through resilience, hope, and relentless effort, they achieved their version of the American Dream. Now, they are paying it forward, working to pave the way to unite our nation and ensure that no one gets left behind.

Our Work

Our work begins with Community Workshops — the essential foundation. Healing comes first. These workshops create safe and welcoming spaces where communities can process hardship, embrace new cultures, and discover the shared humanity that unites us. Only when individuals feel seen and valued can true growth begin.

From that foundation, we build through our three pillars:

• Scholarships that unlock opportunity for students and cultivate the talent and passion that strengthen our nation.

• Mentorship, in collaboration with Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada, that provides guidance, encouragement, and a helping hand to immigrant youth as they embrace their heritage and integrate into their new communities.

• Technology that bridges the digital divide, equipping families and young learners with the tools to succeed academically, foster growth at home, and access opportunities they might otherwise miss.

Through this model, we transform struggle into strength and potential into leadership — creating pathways for immigrant communities to thrive and contribute meaningfully to society.
