The Vision Behind Orozco Siblings
Orozco Siblings was founded on a belief that transcends background, culture, language, and circumstance:
We share a common humanity.
As siblings who immigrated from Mexico with limited resources and little knowledge of the English language, we learned firsthand what it means to navigate unfamiliar waters while holding firmly to the belief that opportunity was possible.
Like many immigrant families, we relied on imagination, and hope. We learned to see possibility where others saw limitations and to dream beyond the circumstances we were given.
As children, we would build castles from discarded materials we found around us. Looking back, those castles represented something far greater than childhood imagination. They reflected a belief that continues to guide our work today: with vision, determination, and opportunity, people can build something extraordinary from even the humblest beginnings.
Those experiences shaped our understanding of America—not as a place defined by labels, but as a nation strengthened when people from all backgrounds are given the opportunity to contribute, belong, and thrive.
Today, Orozco Siblings exists to expand educational opportunities, support future leaders, and build meaningful connections across communities.
We envision an America where opportunity is not limited by circumstance, where every person feels they belong, and where people from all backgrounds work together to build stronger communities and a brighter future.
We believe society is at its best when we look beyond differences, recognize our shared humanity, and work together to move everyone forward.

Through our collaboration with Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada, Orozco Siblings is working directly with immigrant and asylee youth, helping them build the skills, confidence and support systems needed to create a future in this country.
By bringing together perspectives, experiences, and resources, we are creating real pathways to opportunity, where families are not just supported, but empowered.
